The real estate sales/showing specialist serves as a "nurse" while working with the buyer's agent "doctor." They assist with a large number of client relationships; building rapport, showing a number of homes, encouraging and assisting clients, and helping the buyer agent with the details on their plate.

This is the perfect opportunity to get started in a career in real estate in Montana, without the fear of jumping straight into a commission-only role, where you are on your own to sink or swim. Our real estate sales/showing specialist will learn all of the ropes. We will be with you every step of the way and you will be able to generate an income while you learn!

  • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
  • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions
  • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
  • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
  • Assist buyers and buyer agents with the showings of homes- all while analyzing the needs and wants of the client and interpreting today's real estate market
  • Learn all the aspects of real estate and how to take great care of clients on a regular basis
  • Generate business from your own efforts-including working your sphere of influence, open houses, and engagement with communities
  • Your main job is to grow in relationships between your team and your clients. This is a role revolving 100% around service


  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
  • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • NO real estate experience needed but a valid MT Real Estate license required prior to starting

Compensation - $33,000+ commission
